I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the year 2000 and eventually found my way to yoga. I thought yoga was just exercise when I started, but as my studies progressed I learned that yoga is a fantastic practice to help manage not only the physical, but the mental, emotional & spiritual challenges that are part of a long term chronic condition. After many twists and turns in my life and my yoga practice I completed the Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy advanced program in 2021. I can't wait to share with you some of the things I have learned over my 20+ year journey with Multiple Sclerosis and how yoga turned things around for me.
